The Herbalist was founded by Kellie Blair and is grounded in a clear, enduring commitment to restore the human connection with the natural world and to promote wellbeing through gentle botanical care. Kellie’s practice is informed by formal training and clinical experience: she completed a Bachelor of Health Science in Herbal Medicine in 2009 and practised in clinical and integrative pharmacy settings before returning to the Surf Coast to establish the brand.

Our formulations reflect rigorous standards and a deep respect for plant intelligence. Each product is purposefully crafted from mindfully sourced botanicals, free from synthetic fragrances and unnecessary chemical additives, to deliver purity, efficacy and holistic support for skin, hair and whole‑body wellbeing.

    The essence of Circular Sustainability is embodied in all aspects of our business. We mindfully practice the principles of reducing waste, reusing materials, and recycling resources in a continuous cycle of mindful practices.

    To preserve the optimal activity and efficacy of light-sensitive and active botanical ingredients, we package our formulas in light-deflective vessels made from either amber glass or high-quality PET. Our recycled/recyclable food-grade PET plastic bottles are produced through a circular process using 100% post-consumer waste. These bottles are manufactured locally and shipped directly.
