Shipping & Returns — Delivery of Goods
Physical goods
Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly once full payment has been received.
Delivery generally takes between 2 and 14 business days, depending on the chosen delivery option and local postage conditions. If we expect a delay outside this timeframe, we will contact you to advise of the expected delay and next steps.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please notify us as soon as possible and include the tracking number provided with your shipment notification. We will assist with your claim and liaise with Australia Post or the courier on your behalf.
This policy aims to be fair and helpful; if you have any concerns about delivery, contact our customer service and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Returns and refunds
The Herbalist Bells Beach handles returns and refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Notifying us If you wish to return an order, notify us within 7 days of receipt and provide a valid reason for the return. If we cannot resolve your complaint, we will process a refund once we have received the returned goods.
Conditions for returned goods
Unopened items will be refunded in full provided: tamper‑evident seals remain intact; the products are undamaged; and a return request, including tracking and delivery information, is received within 7 days of delivery.
If returned items arrive opened due to security checks, courier inspection, or evidence of use, The Herbalist Bells Beach reserves the right to refuse a refund, replacement, or other remedy.
Returns for change of mind or customer error are accepted at The Herbalist Bells Beach’s discretion. In such cases, return postage and any costs incurred by The Herbalist Bells Beach for processing, production, and original postage will be deducted from the refund and are the purchaser’s responsibility.
Refunds will be processed once returned goods have been inspected and approved.
Refunds will be processed promptly to the original payment method once the goods are received in their original, unopened condition with all tamper‑proof seals/stickers intact.
Items that are used, opened, or damaged will not be accepted unless covered by Australian Consumer Law.
We recommend retaining proof of postage when returning items.
